This role is with a respected organisation dedicated to supporting individuals on their recovery journey and making a real difference in the community.
About the Role:
As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you’ll lead and inspire the groupwork and early intervention teams. This role involves guiding and developing staff, implementing best practices, and driving positive outcomes across services to help individuals achieve sustainable recovery.
What You’ll Need:
- Relevant experience in substance misuse services and a degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a similar field.
- Level 3 qualification in Substance Misuse and ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
- A commitment to making a difference and empowering others.
