What you will do:
- Support the delivery of person-centred care plans, ensuring individual needs and CQC standards are met.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including dressing, bathing, and medication management.
- Monitor service user progress and report any behavioural changes to management.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote wellbeing and motivation.
- Accurately administer and record medication, aligning with Council policies.
- Maintain updated records and communicate professionally with service users, families, and colleagues.
- Provide safe transportation and escort services for clients, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
