What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans for adults.
- Oversee regular reviews to ensure the effectiveness of implemented care strategies.
- Engage actively in safeguarding and protection procedures to uphold the safety of service users.
- Perform thoughtful Mental Capacity Assessments and ensure compliance with Community DOLS.
- Complete Court of Protection Applications as necessary.
- Participate in duty work and other responsibilities that complement your role.
