The salary for this permanent Senior Scrub Theatre Practitioner job is £42,500 - £51,059 per annum.
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday (Early: 07:30-16:00, Late: 12:30-21:00, Long days: 07:30-21:00)

About the Role
As a Senior Scrub Theatre Practitioner, you’ll be at the heart of our clients surgical team. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations in the theatre, overseeing equipment preparation and providing crucial hands-on support during procedures. Beyond clinical duties, you’ll guide and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care. Your role will be critical to achieving successful outcomes in high-pressure surgeries.
What You’ll Bring:
- Current HCPC/NMC registration
- 12+ months of experience in Neuro or Cardiac specialisms
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Motivation to drive both personal and team success
