About the Role:
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll be part of a social care team focused on supporting children and families within the community. You’ll manage a complex caseload, conducting detailed assessments, risk evaluations, and providing recommendations for specialist equipment and home adaptations. This hybrid role offers flexibility, combining home visits with work from offices across Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services to children and families in line with social care requirements.
• Promote independence and choice through tailored interventions that meet each child’s unique needs.
• Provide specialist assessments, advice, and recommendations on manual handling and home adaptations.
• Mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practices to support a skilled, collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For:
• Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Certification: HCPC Registration
• Driver’s License: Full UK license with access to a vehicle
