Job Title: Scrub Perioperative Practitioner

Shift Pattern: Part time/full time; Monday - Saturday. Flexible shifts, no nights
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

If you have experience in one or more of the following specialities—orthopaedics, ENT, ophthalmics, spinal, or general surgery—we want to hear from you. About Our Client:

Duties and Responsibilities:
As part of their friendly and supportive team, you will assist patients undergoing a variety of elective procedures. The role includes fully funded training opportunities such as the SFA course, with additional training available to support your career development.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and perform scrub duties across a diverse caseload.
- Communicate complex and sensitive information effectively.
- Continuously develop your own skills and knowledge, as well as those of your colleagues.
- Promote best practices in health, safety, and security.
- Contribute to maintaining and developing our services.
- Play an active role in quality improvement initiatives.
- Uphold equality, diversity, and patient rights.
Who They're Looking For:
- Must be NMC or HCPC registered, with no restrictions or conditions on your registration.
- A minimum of 1 year’s scrub experience in any of the following specialities: orthopaedics, ENT, ophthalmics, spinal, or general surgery.
- Compassionate and committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
- Excellent communication skills.
