Occupational Therapist Senior / Rotational

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred occupational therapy services across various clinical areas, including acute, rehabilitation, and community settings.
- Assess, plan, and implement effective therapy interventions tailored to patients' individual needs.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and students, promoting professional development within the team.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge.
Requirements:
- The suitable candidate will have a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience in a Health or Social Care environment and have the resilience to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council).
- Proven experience in a range of clinical settings, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a flexible approach to work.
