Sanctuary Personnel are looking for an Executive Assistant to work in Norwich. This is a full-time position, and we are paying £15.50 Paye per hour for this role.
The role:
Personal Assistant to Hospital Director Onsite Role Duties include, but not exhaustive as follows: Facilitate efficient working of the Hospital Director by undertaking a wide range of delegated administrative and secretarial tasks. manage the flow of work including telephone calls, correspondence and reports through the HD's office and follow up any actioned as required.
Enable rapid access to relevant past correspondence, papers, and documents by maintaining a well organised filing system. Support collation of information and timely submissions of regular reports. Maintain an accurate record of discussions held at specified meetings by minute taking and production Ensure that the Hospital Director maintains realistic working patterns and enable them to attend all meeting on time with good diary management and organisation of travel arrangements. Support the maintenance of consultant database to ensure accurate/up to date records are kept for all consultants with admitting rights. Support secretary when required , in correspondence to ensure consultant compliance with maintaining their admitting rights.
Applicant Requirements:
- Qualifications: GCSEs A-C or equivalent including at least English and Maths.
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience. - Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
- Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
- Hours: 42.5 hours p/w.
