Sanctuary Personnel is looking for a competent Cutomer Service advisor to join our team in Kent.
As an administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that an excellent level of customer service is consistently provided for internal and external customers. You will be working in a busy and challenging environment answering customer enquiries over the telephone.
The rate of pay for this role is £11.44+ P/H.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face interactions.
- Assist customers with a variety of issues related to council services, including housing, waste management, council tax, planning, and more.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Guide customers through online services and assist them in using the council's digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a public sector or local government environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is an advantage.
