We are looking for an inspiring and accomplished Clinical Lead for Vaccinations to join our team in Hertfordshire, UK on a permanent, full-time basis with an impressive annual salary of £48,750.00. **What you will do:**

- Ensure the immunisation programme for school-aged children is delivered to high clinical standards, with patient safety as a top priority.
- Monitor and enhance vaccination programs, guaranteeing adherence to clinical guidelines and standards.
- Provide essential support to management, maintaining regular contact with clinical staff and aligning their work with organisational policies.
- Address safeguarding concerns raised by the nursing team and escalate any critical issues to the Clinical Director.
- Serve as the primary contact for clinical queries or concerns raised by nursing staff.
- Assist Senior Management in all compliance-related matters, ensuring regulations are consistently met.
- Maintain comprehensive records for clinical supervision, training, incidents, and complaints, ensuring alignment with CQC standards.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for clinical staff, assessing competencies and ensuring comprehensive clinical inductions.
- Plan and implement formal clinical supervision sessions for immunisation nurses at a minimum of every three months.
- Lead recruitment efforts for nursing staff, allocating mentors, and facilitating the induction process.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to ensure organisational learning from clinical incidents and optimised patient safety.
- Engage in other duties commensurate with this leadership position, complying with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

- NMC registered 
- Nursing qualification 
- Safeguarding trained 
- Immunisation experience is essential 
- Managerial/Leadership experience
