Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Coordinate the Team – Act as a deputy for the Manager, overseeing the team and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Patient Assessments and Care Plans – Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients with complex needs and develop tailored care programmes.
- Autonomous Decision-Making – Identify and respond to patient changes, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Support and Supervise Staff – Guide and mentor the team in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
