Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Coordinate the Team – Act as a deputy for the Manager, overseeing the team and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Patient Assessments and Care Plans – Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients with complex needs and develop tailored care programmes.
  • Autonomous Decision-Making – Identify and respond to patient changes, escalating issues where appropriate.
