Job Title: Work in Bermuda - Registered Nurse - Continuing Care (Acute) Team

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, ranging from simple to complex cases
- Perform dependent functions as outlined in the medical plan of care
- Utilise the nursing process to develop a care plan for each assigned patient
- Act as a patient advocate, facilitating communication between patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Initiate and participate in patient care conferences
- Leverage clinical, hospital, and community resources effectively
- Use equipment and supplies safely and economically
- Assign, teach, and direct other nursing personnel as needed
- Assume Team Leader duties
- Commit to professional development by participating in continuing education programmes, staying current with professional literature, and engaging in professional organizations
Qualifications & Registration Required:
- Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution
- Current registration as required by the Bermuda Nursing Council
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current certifications: CPR and IV
- Essential experience in physical assessment
- Demonstrated knowledge and clinical competencies
