Registered Nurse - Continuing Care (Acute) Team (Work in Bermuda)
Shift Pattern: Days/Evenings/Nights | Salary: £75,000 per annum
Sanctuary Personnel is seeking experienced, dedicated, and highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our client’s healthcare team in beautiful Bermuda. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, direct patient care for a range of cases, from routine to complex.
- Implement medical care plans by performing dependent functions as outlined.
- Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans for assigned patients.
- Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring effective communication between patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Initiate and participate in patient care conferences to optimize outcomes.
- Efficiently use clinical, hospital, and community resources.
- Ensure the safe and cost-effective use of medical equipment and supplies.
- Provide guidance, teaching, and direction to other nursing personnel as needed.
- Assume Team Leader responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.
- Commit to continuous learning by participating in professional development programs, staying updated with current practices and literature, and engaging in relevant organizations.
Qualifications & Registration Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with a bachelor’s degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council.
- Minimum of two years of post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current certifications in CPR and IV therapy.
- Proven expertise in physical assessment and a strong foundation of clinical knowledge and competencies.
