Shift Pattern: Days/Evenings/Nights | Salary: £75,000 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking experienced, dedicated, and highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our client’s healthcare team in beautiful Bermuda. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, direct patient care for a range of cases, from routine to complex.
  • Implement medical care plans by performing dependent functions as outlined.
  • Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans for assigned patients.
  • Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring effective communication between patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Initiate and participate in patient care conferences to optimize outcomes.
  • Efficiently use clinical, hospital, and community resources.
  • Ensure the safe and cost-effective use of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Provide guidance, teaching, and direction to other nursing personnel as needed.
  • Assume Team Leader responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.
  • Commit to continuous learning by participating in professional development programs, staying updated with current practices and literature, and engaging in relevant organizations.

Qualifications & Registration Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification with a bachelor’s degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council.
  • Minimum of two years of post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current certifications in CPR and IV therapy.
  • Proven expertise in physical assessment and a strong foundation of clinical knowledge and competencies.
