Working Hours: Varied of 8am - 6pm or 8am - 8pm. 5 days out of 7. On call on rota basis will be required.

Salary: This permanent Theatre Team Leader job is £43,000 - £48,000 per annum.

Requirements of the Theatre Team Leader:

  • HCPC registration as an Operating Department Practitioner or NMC registration as a Nurse.
  • Experience in Urology, Gynaecology, and General surgery.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills essential for maintaining high standards of patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership experience.
  • SFA (Surgical First Assistant) qualification desirable.
