Main Duties:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care, including administering a range of IV therapies as per patient care plans.
- Maintain professional nursing standards and ensure safe, effective treatment.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate positive treatment outcomes.
- Demonstrate dedication to providing tailored, compassionate care to meet individual patient needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an RGN, with strong clinical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with patients and team members.
- Teamwork & Independence: Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
- Time Management: Strong prioritisation and organisational abilities.
