What you will do:
- Carry out statutory duties for the Directorate related to adults, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage a caseload under the guidance of the Team Manager, maintaining high professional standards.
- Engage in social work tasks, collaborating with other professionals to assess adult needs and deliver bespoke care packages.
- Enhance your skills in supporting older adults, including those with mental infirmities and physical disabilities.
- Collaborate with team members and provide assistance as needed, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Pursue special interests aligned with needs, demand, and service priorities to expand your professional scope.
- Build and nurture partnerships with statutory, voluntary, and community agencies.
- Participate in the duty system on a rota basis during office hours.
- Complete any other duties appropriate to the role’s grading.

Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in Mosaic and experienced in completing Care Act assessments and Safeguarding Section 42 enquiries.
- Must have a Standard with Enhanced DBS Check including Adults Barred List.
- Registration with SWE is essential.
