Job Title: Sister/Charge Nurse - ITU

Salary: £42,209 - £51,589 per annum + shift enhancement
Join our client's dynamic team as a Sister/Charge Nurse within their advanced ITU/HDU Unit. This unit is dedicated to the specialised care of patients with complex colorectal, liver, urological, and spinal conditions requiring staged operations.
In this pivotal role, you'll embody their values and ensure the holistic needs of their patients are met. Your expert leadership will guide and inspire your team, stepping into the leadership role when the ICU Lead is absent. Your day-to-day responsibilities will range from delivering bespoke care to patients, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, to mentoring and coaching junior staff members.

What You'll Bring:
- Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin
- Post-graduate Critical Care Course qualification
- Experience in managing others
- Background in spinal and neurology ICU
