Shift Pattern: 35 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgeries as a Scrub Nurse or Circulating Nurse.
- Support anaesthetists and monitor patient conditions.
- Act as Charge Nurse and lead when needed.
- Participate in Quality Improvement and research.
- Mentor new staff and engage in professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Licensure: Current registration with Bermuda Nursing Council (BNC).
- Experience: Minimum of two years in an Operating Room setting.
- Certifications: CPR and IV Therapy required; ACLS preferred.
- Skills: Strong assessment and clinical competencies.
