What you will do

  • Conduct holistic assessments of social care needs and plan support across a dedicated caseload
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and care workers to support people from diverse backgrounds with varied needs
  • Focus on supporting residents to live meaningful lives within the community through occupational therapy
  • Assess and recommend major adaptations and specialised equipment to meet residents' needs
  • Complete moving and handling risk assessments to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all parties involved
  • Provide regular supervision and support to enhance professional development and ensure optimal outcomes
  • Engage with our innovative Smart Working in Occupational Therapy (SWOT) approach initiatives
