Occupational Therapist - Adults/Paediatric - Ceredigion (UK) - £45 Hourly - Ongoing

What you will do:
- Manage complex cases involving long-term and chronic conditions in both adults and paediatrics
- Conduct manual handling assessments and develop related care plans
- Perform postural assessments and oversee specialist seating and wheelchair prescriptions
- Identify needs for environmental adaptations, assessing and recommending minor and major adaptations, such as stair lifts and shower facilities
- Supervise and support junior Occupational Therapists and Assistants within the team
- Travel throughout Ceredigion for home assessments, with flexibility for hybrid working as agreed
Additional responsibilities for the Service Development Role:
- Lead an innovative Occupational Therapy service development project
- Improve service delivery and establish new standards for assessment and goal-setting
- Work collaboratively across departments to enhance outcomes and encourage cultural change
- Provide mentorship and supervision within the enablement team
- Drive project progress with a focus on rehabilitation, manual handling, and user education
