Sanctuary Personnel have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client, a dynamic and growing team at a specialist mental health facility in Burgess Hill. Recently expanded with the opening of a new 10-bed male adult Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in September 2023, the hospital now operates across three distinct units:
- EA – Male Psychiatric Intensive Care Ward
- AJ – Male Psychiatric Intensive Care Ward
- MS – Acute General Adult Male-Only Ward

The Role:
As a Mental Health Nurse in their team, you will have a real chance to shape and enhance the services they provide. About You:
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
- Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ready to grow and develop within a supportive and expanding service
