About Our Client's Location

Theihr hospital in Bristol, rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), is housed in a beautiful Grade II listed building surrounded by extensive grounds, just off the M32 and less than three miles from the centre of Bristol. They offer free on-site parking.

With 76 beds across eight wards, their facility provides a range of services, including Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU), eating disorders, acute care, and rehabilitation. This diversity allows their staff to gain valuable experience across different specialisms.

Their dynamic and approachable senior management team is dedicated to supporting your development. They also have strong links with local universities, offering opportunities to work on complex cases and further your professional growth.

Their Shift Pattern

  • Night shifts: 19:00 pm - 07:30 am

Job Profile

  • Deliver high-quality, service-user-focused care
  • Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
  • Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities

  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and at least 12 months of post-qualification experience
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to change, improvement, and quality
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
