Salary: £31,500 - £40,455 per annum + £5,000 welcome bonus & enhancements
Sanctuary Personnel is currently recruiting for our client's renowned mental health rehabilitation and recovery (R&R) service for adults. This 31-bed facility offers a supportive environment across its three wards.
Patients come from various parts of the UK, primarily with a primary diagnosis of Serious Mental Illness and often with additional complexities such as physical health conditions, substance misuse, and secondary mental health issues.
They are seeking Registered Nurses (RMN/RNLD) to join their multidisciplinary team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in promoting patients' best interests, implementing prescribed nursing care effectively, and maintaining a safe care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating effectively within the multidisciplinary team
- Ensuring patient-centered care with a focus on collaboration and least restrictive approaches
- Implementing prescribed nursing care and maintaining professional accountability and responsibility
- Adhering to NMC guidelines and professional practices
Requirements:
- Qualified Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) or nearing completion of nursing degree/masters
- Knowledge of NMC guidelines and professional practices
- Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development (desirable but not essential)
- Positive attitude towards change, improvement, and quality
- Flexible and innovative approach to practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
