Pre-Assessment Lead (Nurse)

Location: Nottingham
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum

An exceptional opportunity is available for a seasoned and highly motivated professional to take charge of our dynamic Pre-Assessment Department. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) offers a flexible departmental rota, with the possibility of weekend involvement if required.

Reporting directly to the Outpatient Manager, the Pre-Assessment Lead will play a pivotal role in providing robust leadership, direction, and both operational and clinical support to the pre-assessment team.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the Pre-Assessment Department
  • Foster excellent working relationships with staff, Consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Provide effective motivation, monitoring, and support for the Pre-Assessment team

What you’ll bring with you:

  • Experience in a Lead role
  • Registered Nurse with the NMC
  • Strong clinical background
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards
  • Knowledge of quality frameworks
  • Coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills
