Job Purpose:
This role operates within both acute and community healthcare settings, encompassing a variety of clinical areas. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for meticulously planning and delivering high-quality care, ensuring the needs of patients are met to the fullest extent. Acting as a role model, you will collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless continuity in patient care. Additionally, you will provide supervision, guidance, and training to Healthcare Assistants.

Person Specification:
Essential:
- 1st Level Registered Nurse with NMC Registration.
- Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in general nursing.
- Thorough knowledge of NMC Code (2015).
- Ability to manage risks and handle complaints.
- Excellent communication and team-working skills.
- Basic keyboard skills.
Desirable:
- Commitment to or possession of a Level 2 vocational award in health and social care.
- Teaching and mentorship qualification.
