The salary for this permanent ENT Specialist job is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum. Depending on experience.

Main Duties:
- Support the increasing demand in the Consultant-Led Community ENT Clinic.
- Deliver the highest standard of outpatient care, managing all routine ENT conditions, including pediatric cases, while working independently in a community setting.
- Report to the Service Manager (Operations) and collaborate with the ENT Lead to manage all aspects of the ENT service in accordance with established goals and objectives.
- Contribute to optimizing the patient pathway and improving the efficiency of the ENT service, promoting best practices in performance and financial management.
- Actively seek innovative ways to reduce costs and motivate staff to achieve maximum efficiency.
Requirements of the ENT Specialist:
- Full GMC registration
- Completion of the Intercollegiate Specialty Examination or an overseas equivalent, such as FRCS (ORL-HNS)
- Fully trained as a GP with a Special Interest (GPwSI) in ENT
