Main Duties:
- Enhance Health and Wellbeing: Promote the health and wellbeing of individuals with complex diabetes, helping them achieve optimal glycaemic control through informed self-management.

Requirements of the Diabetes Specialist Nurse:
- Must have a degree/equivalent within Nursing (RGN qualified) and an active NMC Registration (Adult)
- Specialist Diabetes qualification (Diploma)
- Experience of working with patients with complex diabetes.
- Recent UK nursing experience
