The salary for this permanent Paediatric Nurse job is £32,240 - £37,960 per annum.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide high-quality, one-to-one care tailored to each child’s needs.
- Administer IV therapies and specialist treatments in the child’s home.
- Manage a diverse caseload of patients, treating a variety of conditions from growth hormone deficiencies to autoimmune diseases.
- Maintain stock, supplies, and equipment while managing your own daily schedule.
- Accurately document clinical data and report any adverse effects using the correct protocols.
- Build lasting relationships with children, families, and other healthcare professionals to support ongoing treatment and recovery.
- Stay current with clinical skills and competencies, ensuring you’re delivering the best possible care.
Requirements of the Paediatric Nurse:
- Registered Children’s Nurse with NMC registration.
- Experience in administering IV therapies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to put patients and families at ease while explaining technical details.
- Strong organisational skills to manage your workload and travel within a regional area.
- Full UK driving licence (regional travel required).
