Job Title: Band 6 Occupational Therapist within Community
Location: Leeds
Salary: £25 Hourly
Contract: Full Time – part time will be considered, ongoing

As a locum Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience across inpatient rehab or community beds, working with adults' physical health. Your role will involve dynamic interactions and adaptability as you move between different sites, all while meeting the unique needs of the community.
What you will do:
- Assess and evaluate patients within the community and develop tailored treatment plans to assist their rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as necessary to maximise outcomes.
- Educate and advise patients and their families on suitable equipment and strategies to facilitate daily living.
- Use your creativity and resourcefulness to tackle challenges and improve the community healthcare delivery.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration is essential.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a relevant field.
- Car driving preferred though not essential, as you may need to visit multiple sites.
