What You’ll Do:

  • Specialist Treatment: Deliver expert care to children with a variety of conditions, from administering growth hormone treatments to providing biologics for conditions like juvenile arthritis, Crohn’s disease, and psoriasis.
  • Personalised Care: Tailor care plans to each child’s unique needs, ensuring that every interaction meets the highest professional standards.
  • Autonomy: Manage your own schedule and workload, while travelling throughout North London and the surrounding region to provide care.
  • Stay Organised: Maintain supplies, stock, and equipment to ensure smooth delivery of care, while keeping accurate clinical records and reporting any adverse effects swiftly and correctly.
  • Continual Learning: Keep your knowledge up-to-date, filling any gaps in clinical skills while staying compliant with business policies and procedures.

What You’ll Need:

  • Children’s Nurse Registration: A valid UK NMC PIN.
  • IV Therapy Expertise: Confidence and competence in administering IV therapies.
  • Fantastic Communication Skills: Ability to listen actively, explain complex medical details in a simple way, and put both children and their families at ease.
  • Driving License: A full UK driving license, as regional travel is a core part of the role.
