Sanctuary Personnel are looking for a Building Control Surveyor - Grade 6 - 8 to work on a locum basis initially for 3 Months with Wokingham Borough Council.
This role is paying £45 per hour and you will be required to work 37 hours 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities of the Building Control Surveyor:
- Review plans for a diverse range of construction projects.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations. Provide Building Control advice through various channels (phone, email, in person).
- Inspect dangerous structures during regular working hours. Participate in the out-of-hours dangerous structures rota.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and correspondence. Support the training of Trainee and Assistant Surveyors.
- Assist the Principal Surveyor and Head of Building Control with additional team duties.
Applicant Requirement of the Building Control Surveyor:
- Degree in construction or equivalent qualification, preferably with a Band C Building Control Surveyor Registration (BSR) qualification
- Full corporate membership status with a recognized professional body such as RICS, CABE, or CIOB
- Minimum of seven years' experience in Building Control
- Must have full driving licence and access to a care
