Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a new locum opportunity to work within a Memory Assessment Service in Rotherham.
Location: Ferham Clinic, Rotherham.
Pay Rate: £25 - £26 per hour (assignment rate).
Contract Type: Locum, ongoing block booking.
Main Duties:
- To provide a high quality, accessible service for patients in the Rotherham area, who are experiencing memory problems.
- To complete initial assessments, cognitive testing, and monitoring of the needs of clients experiencing memory problems.
- To deliver diagnosis and provide post diagnosis support.
- To provide ongoing education/guidance/support to clients and carers both during and after assessment.
- To work as a supplementary/independent prescriber.
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing.
- Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Valid NMC Registration.
