Leeds practice is looking for two part-time vets to join our team on a permanent basis in our first opinion clinic, located within our hospital. If you are looking for a flexible, part-time role with a variety of benefits, this opportunity might be perfect for you!
Position Details:
- Schedule: 1-2 days per week plus 1 in 4 weekends (15-25 hours per week permanent contracts available)
- Flexibility: Fixed, one or two days per week
- Weekend Coverage: ECC weekends
- Work Environment: No sole charge, no out-of-hours (OOH)

Who We're Looking For:
- Experienced Vets: Whether you have a certificate, are studying for one, or have specific interests in areas such as Ophthalmology, Neurology, or Dermatology, we can create clinics to support your caseload development.
- Consulting-Only Vets: We welcome vets who prefer consulting roles.
- Locum Vets: If you are a locum looking for a solid regular base with benefits while continuing to locum in the area, we are keen to discuss options.
Roles Available:
- Consulting Shifts: Ideal for those who prefer client interactions and diagnostics.
- Hospital Shifts: Combine one day consulting with one day in the hospital, such as a surgical shift or hospital inpatient shift.
Requirements of the Veterinary Surgeon:
- An experienced vet to join our 8 vet team
- A degree in veterinary science or medicine
- Registration as a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
