An outstanding opportunity awaits a dedicated Theatre Nurse/ODP at a private Hospital in Bingley. Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an individual with a passion for healthcare to join the dynamic Theatre Team. The ideal candidate will possess NMC/HCP registration, significant experience in a similar role, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Exceptional communication skills are a must, along with a commitment to ensuring elevated standards of care throughout the perioperative phase for all patients. We welcome applications from newly qualified nurses & ODPs and offer support through our comprehensive preceptorship programme.

The hospital caters to both in-patient and day-case patients, boasting five operating theatres that conduct surgical procedures across various specialities, including Orthopaedics, General surgery, Bariatric surgery, Plastics, Urology, ENT, and Gynaecology for both Private and NHS patients.

To excel in this role, a background in acute surgical care with a focus on spinal surgery is essential. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Theatre team, fostering strong relationships with staff, consultants, and key stakeholders. They will actively contribute to the pursuit of sustainable excellence in safety and quality of care and services, supporting the Quality agenda through continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Experience and Qualifications for This Role:

  • ODP Level 3 / RN (1)
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Registered member with the HCP/NMC
