Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Team Manager within the Children We Care For Team to work full time based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
The salary for this permanent Team Manager job is up to £56,805 per annum.
Main duties:
- Provide a high-quality service and interventions for children in Local Authority Care.
- Promote early permanence and adoption for children subject to care proceedings where appropriate.
- Promote permanency outcomes for all children in Local Authority care.
- Promote and support safe reunification wherever possible.
- Ensure older children are prepared for independence and support safe transitions into leaving care.
- Maintain a good overall knowledge of relevant legislation and practice in line with social work values and principles supporting good outcomes for all children in our care.
Requirements of this Team Manager job:
- A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
- Understanding of relevant legislation.
- Continual professional development.
- Social Work England registered.
