About Our Client

For over 25 years, they have supported people in building positive and productive lives, regardless of their past. They believe in the potential for lasting change in everyone. Role Overview

As a Team Leader in the Dependency and Recovery Services, you will work within a hybrid model as part of a flexible, multi-disciplinary team. Your role will involve working in person and travelling across probation delivery units in Tower Hamlets, Hackney, and the City. Based primarily in Tower Hamlets and Stoke Newington probation offices, you will also engage in virtual service delivery as necessary. Your role is crucial in supporting staff and developing stakeholder relationships.

The service aims to improve client engagement with treatment services and bridge the gap between probation and substance misuse services in the community. You will manage a team of practitioners delivering Dependency and Recovery Services to adult males under probation supervision, supporting their action plans and recovery journeys. Building and maintaining positive relationships with probation practitioners and all stakeholders involved in service user care is essential.
