What you will do:

- Assess, diagnose, and treat adults with acquired communication issues such as dysphagia in various settings.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to support patient recovery and improve quality of life.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and manage complex cases.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to manage and overcome communication difficulties.

You will need to be HCPC registered, ensuring that all care provided meets the highest professional standards.
