What you will do:

  •  Manage a diverse caseload of adults with acquired conditions, focusing on providing effective speech and language therapy.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with dysphagia.
  • Deliver therapy sessions in a variety of settings, including in patients' homes and community clinics, ensuring flexible and accessible care.
  •  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care and support community integration.
  • Keep accurate records of patient progress and report findings to relevant bodies, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.


This exciting Speech and Language Therapist position requires you to be HCPC registered and you must have at least 2 years of experience in managing an adult SLT caseload, specifically focusing on dysphagia. Being a car driver is preferable to facilitate travel between different community sites.
