Social Worker – Approved Mental Health Professional Team
Location: Notting Hill, London
Hourly Rate: £32-40 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Neighbourhood Services to identify residents impacted by mental health challenges affecting their tenancy, fulfilling statutory duties under the Care Act and Mental Health Act, where qualified.
- Provide support to individuals experiencing mental health issues, aiming to reduce community impact and mitigate the risk of legal action.
- Work within Mental Health Locality Teams to improve outcomes for vulnerable residents facing mental health challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans for individuals with mental health needs.
- Engage with local community resources and services to offer holistic support to residents.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of mental health strategies.
