Duties:
As for the work, expect a diverse caseload, from basic to high-end care, including companion animals and occasional exotics. Consultations are 15 minutes long, and you'll work an average of 34 hours per week with no late nights, out-of-hours shifts, or bank holidays. Saturday morning shifts occur 1 in 4 weeks, with ample breaks and free lunches provided during shifts.
Requirements:
They're looking for someone who can lead their clinical team with passion and skill. Leadership training is available for those eager to take on this role. But above all, they value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a sense of humour. A relevant qualification is required, as well as an RCVS license or be able to apply for one if an international license is held. Recent experience working within a similar role is also required.
