What you will do:
- Lead and manage complex cases within the Children in Care service, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
- Provide expert guidance and supervision to less experienced practitioners, sharing your knowledge and experience to enhance team capabilities.
- Undertake thorough assessments and develop effective care plans with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for children.
