Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our client's dynamic team.

About Our Client:

At their Neurological Care Centre in Lancashire, they offer a comprehensive service catering to individuals with various neurological conditions. Their facility combines a therapy-led specialist neuro rehabilitation service with dedicated neurological care, prioritising holistic care alongside a diverse staff expertise. This approach aims to enhance their residents' health, independence, and overall wellbeing.

In November 2023, they transitioned, marking a significant evolution with ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. They foster research initiatives and support service development, aided by local supervision and multidisciplinary team (MDT) collaboration. Their partnerships with other AHPs nationwide expand learning and peer support opportunities.

They receive referrals from professionals across Lancashire and South Cumbria, serving a diverse team including registered nurses, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Neuro Psychology, Assistant Practitioners, Rehabilitation Assistants, and regular input from a Neuro Rehabilitation Consultant. Additionally, their services feature unique offerings such as Neuro Music Therapy, an onsite activities coordinator, and a dedicated volunteer team.

Their modern facility provides an exceptional working environment conducive to group activities and innovative practices, with plans to integrate hydrotherapy and explore emerging technologies like VR.
