What you will do:
- Provide a specialised role in developing services and care pathways for children and young people with mental health challenges within the THRIVE framework.
- Collaborate intensively with the Youth Offending Team to deliver mental health and risk support.
- Engage in and contribute to the multi-disciplinary team by completing triage calls and consultations.
- Deliver training session to team members and external partners.
- Conduct clinical assessments, formulate risk management plans, and offer short-term therapeutic interventions.
- Manage cases effectively, ensuring service users receive high-quality, person-centred care.
