You can enjoy competitive hourly rates of £26 for days, £34 for nights and Saturdays, and a rewarding £41 for Sundays and bank holidays. What you will do:

  • Conduct ongoing and accurate risk assessments of service users, effectively communicating these risks to care teams and external mental health services as necessary.
  • Manage risks associated with unpredictable service user groups, ensuring safety for users and others.
  • Provide urgent mental health crisis support and intervention within the Initial Response Service, fostering rapid and safe stabilisation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that address both immediate needs and long-term wellbeing.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and ensure compliance with NHS policies and procedures.
