What you will do:
- Conduct ongoing and accurate risk assessments of service users, effectively communicating these risks to care teams and external mental health services as necessary.
- Manage risks associated with unpredictable service user groups, ensuring safety for users and others.
- Provide urgent mental health crisis support and intervention within the Initial Response Service, fostering rapid and safe stabilisation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that address both immediate needs and long-term wellbeing.
- Maintain comprehensive records and ensure compliance with NHS policies and procedures.
