Role Overview:

Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a Senior Anaesthetic Theatre Practitioner to join our client's dedicated Theatre Team. As a key member of their team, you will support individuals and teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and effective patient care tailored to the needs of their patients. You will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, with a minimum of 2 years working in a theatre setting.

Shift Pattern: 

  • Full time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Saturday, earlies: 07:00 am - 15:00 pm and lates: 13:00 pm - 21:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality anaesthetic care to patients.
  • Ensure the safety of patients and colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Consultants and other health professionals.
  • Ensure that prescribed treatment is carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Actively participate as a team member, working in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and information, and supporting colleagues to promote a cohesive team environment and achieve team objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Anaesthetics.
  • Current HCPC/NMC Registration.
  • Completion of an Anaesthetics course.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues and consultants.
