Location: Enfield
Contract Type/Length: Locum, ongoing contract, either full or part-time
Pay Rate: £30 to £40 per hour depending on experience (Assignment rate)
Shift Pattern: Full-time
The post will also provide the opportunity to develop skills in providing services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing people. Requirements of the Rehab Officer:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills , a sound grasp of Community Care Legislation including Safeguarding policies, have a sound working knowledge of this service user group which includes people with other sensory needs who require community care support and have a good track record of partnership working with the Independent, Voluntary Sector and other Statutory agencies
- Hold a professional qualification of Diploma/ Foundation degree in Rehabilitation studies or equivalent
- HCPC registration
- Previous rehabilitation experience
