- Develop and provide rehabilitation services focused on orientation and mobility training, living skills, and communication skills to promote independence, choice, and dignity for people with visual impairments and dual sensory loss.
- Participate in joint working with other professionals to enhance service delivery and ensure the highest quality of care.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of sensory impairment services.
- Provide specialised services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing people.

Responsibilities require a qualified rehabilitation officer holding a Diploma in Rehabilitation Studies or an equivalent qualification.
