What you will do:
- Lead a group of patients in a specific clinical area. You will set rehabilitation treatment goals and expertly assess and treat various musculoskeletal injuries.
- Collaborate as a key member of a multi-disciplinary team to provide a comprehensive and professional rehab service.
- Manage the emotional and behavioural aspects of illness and injury, including aggressive outbursts and challenging behaviour, with compassion and professionalism.
- Communicate complex, sensitive, and contentious information to patients accurately and sensitively, using your negotiation, mediation, empathy, and reassurance skills.
