The salary for this permanent Registered Nurse job is £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Nurse, you will be at the heart of recovery. Your duties will include:

  • Administering medication and monitoring clients during detoxification programmes
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments, care planning, and ongoing treatment reviews
  • Supporting the Centre Manager and Lead Nurse in developing clinic action plans
  • Maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care
  • Responding to clinical and medical emergencies, providing first-line intervention
  • Leading case management for a defined caseload, offering specialist care and support
  • Ensuring all NMC guidelines are adhered to and statutory records are kept up to date

What You Need To Succeed:

We’re looking for a passionate, qualified nurse who has experience in substance misuse and addiction services. Essential criteria include:

  • A UK-recognised nursing qualification (RMN, RGN, CPN, or equivalent)
  • NMC Registration and an active PIN
  • Experience in substance misuse interventions and managing a caseload of clients
  • A solid understanding of NICE guidelines and substance misuse evidence-based practices
  • Strong case management skills, with experience in screening, assessments, and formulating recovery plans
  • Ability to handle challenging behaviour and clinical crises
