Job Title: Registered Nurse

Salary: £32,240 - £37,960 per annum (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care by administering a range of IV therapies as outlined in patient care plans.
- Maintain professional standards while delivering patient-focused care tailored to individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks to facilitate effective treatment and recovery.
- Travel throughout a regional area to visit patients at home, requiring a full UK driving licence.
Key Skills Required:
- Registered General Nurse
- Competence in administering IV therapies, venepuncture, and sub-cut injections (cannulation skills are advantageous)
- Experience in conducting holistic clinical assessments
