Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, high-quality nursing care by administering a range of IV therapies as outlined in patient care plans.
  • Maintain professional standards while delivering patient-focused care tailored to individual needs.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks to facilitate effective treatment and recovery.
  • Travel throughout a regional area to visit patients at home, requiring a full UK driving licence.

Key Skills Required:

  • Registered General Nurse
  • Competence in administering IV therapies, venepuncture, and sub-cut injections (cannulation skills are advantageous)
  • Experience in conducting holistic clinical assessments
